Since 2003, BT have enabled customers to transfer
their line rentals and services to alternative service providers
via BT Wholesale.
The lines will continue to be maintained and managed by British
Telecom, and any faults will be dealt with by your BT engineer
as normal.
Your lines and services can be transferred over from BT Retail
on a 'like-for-like' basis, giving you seamless transfer and ensuring
that all existing features remain in tact.
